Day two is a rest and evaluation day – at least taking a rest from the five fingers.  I was just a bit sore this morning in the lower calf on both legs – but nothing major and really only felt a slight ache when I was going up and down the stairs.

I did run 4 miles in my regular running shoes and had a lot more joint pain than from running in the Vibram’s.  I think I will work really hard on the transition and attempt some longer runs in them.  I might just do the Marathon in them  –  I  feel so much better after a run in them!  If not the June Marathon – I will definitely do the duathlon in August with them!
